On February 23, the five departments such as National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology jointly issued the “Notice of the Departments such as National Development and Reform Commission on Issuing the List of Newly Recognized and All National Enterprise Technology Centres in 2021 (Batch No. 28) " (FGGJ [2022] No. 158), and Biokin Pharmaceuticals and other 100 enterprises in China officially became newly recognized national enterprise technology centres.

For recognition of national enterprise technology center, it is to make a comprehensive evaluation for enterprise innovation system and its operation and performance by the three dimensions of enterprise innovation input, innovation condition and innovation performance, which is a comprehensive recognition for the indicators such as enterprise innovation fund, innovation talents, technology accumulation, innovation platform, technology output and innovation benefits.
