On September 9, the 2026 Private‑sector Economy Innovation and Development Conference themed “Galvanizing Innovation, Empowering the Future” was held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. Multiple authoritative lists and case rosters were unveiled at the site of the Conference, namely 2026 Top 500 Private Enterprises in R&D Investment, 2026 Top 500 Private Enterprises in Invention Patents, 2026 Case Roster of Private Enterprises Developing New‑quality Productive Forces, and 2026 Case Roster of Entities Supporting Private Enterprises to Foster New‑quality Productive Forces. Among them, Biokin Pharmaceutical has successfully made it onto both authoritative lists: 2026 Top 500 Private Enterprises in R&D Investment and 2026 Top 500 Private Enterprises in Invention Patents.

It is reported that this series of lists is coordinated and organized by All‑China Federation of Industry and Commerce, featuring stringent assessment criteria and authoritative, impartial datasets. The ranking of Top 500 Private Enterprises in R&D Investment takes enterprises’ total annual R&D expenditure as its core indicator, while the Top 500 Private Enterprises in Invention Patents is mainly based on companies' holdings of valid domestic invention patents. For 2026, the threshold for inclusion in the two lists has been raised to R&D investment of RMB 481 million and 216 valid invention patents respectively. All listed data have undergone rigorous official verification. The honorees stand out through multi‑round screening from tens of thousands of large private enterprises nationwide. Ranking among China’s top private enterprises in both R&D spending and invention‑patent holdings, these listed companies stand as leading representatives of private‑sector innovation investment and intellectual property accumulation.
