On July 22, the inaugural CPIC 2026 Global Conference on Innovative Drugs opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The winners of the highly anticipated CPIC 2026 Original Innovative Drug Award were officially unveiled at the opening ceremony. Following multiple rounds of expert evaluation, seven breakthrough FIC drugs distinguished themselves and were honored with the award.

Iza-Bren (Yizekang®),independently developed by Biokin Pharmaceutical, is the world’s first and only approved bispecific antibody–drug conjugate (ADC). It made its global commercial debut in China in June 2026, marking China’s emergence at the forefront of bispecific ADC technology worldwide.

The CPIC 2026 Original Innovative Drug Award recognizes innovative drugs that make their global commercial debut in China. It showcases China’s landmark achievements in pharmaceutical innovation to the world and inspires more pharmaceutical innovators across the country to reach new heights of innovation.
