From June 2026 25 to 26, the “2026 PDI Pharmaceutical R&D & Innovation Conference and Top 100 Pharmaceutical R&D Rankings Release Conference” - the 11th PDI Conference - was successfully held at the Frontier Medical Conference Center in Chengdu. At the conference, the “2026 Pharmaceutical R&D Capability Rankings” series was officially released, and an award ceremony was held. Biokin Pharmaceutical was named to both the 2026 Top 50 Biopharmaceutical R&D Capability Rankings and the 2026 Top 100 Pharmaceutical R&D Comprehensive Capability Ranking.

The conference was guided by China Pharmaceutical University and the China Pharmaceutical Enterprises Management Association, and jointly organized by Yazhi.com and Chengdu Hi-Tech Investment Biomedical Industry Development Co., Ltd. Under the theme of "A New Journey of Innovation, Breakthroughs for the Future", the conference focused on cutting-edge topics such as the global expansion of innovative drugs, CNS & metabolic drug project initiation and business development, traditional Chinese medicine innovation and development, radiopharmaceutical development, and clinical development of new drugs. It contributed insights and momentum to advancing China’s pharmaceutical innovation from following global trends to progressing alongside global leaders and ultimately taking the lead, serving as a highly influential platform for exchanges and information release in China’s pharmaceutical innovation sector.

The ranking series was jointly compiled by Yazhi.com, the Expert Committee for the Top 100 Pharmaceutical R&D Rankings, and the Organizing Committee of the 2026 PDI Pharmaceutical R&D & Innovation Conference. It aims to promote the spirit of innovative drug R&D in China and pay tribute to the pioneering enterprises driving pharmaceutical innovation.
