On June 30, Izalontamab Brengitecan, the world’s first bispecific antibody-drug conjugate independently developed by Biokin Pharmaceutical, with trade name Yizekang®, successfully completed its first global batch shipment in Chengdu. The product was supplied to nearly 700 hospitals and pharmacies across 30 provinces and more than 200 cities nationwide.   

The Commercial Launch Ceremony of Yizekang ® was ceremoniously held at the Biokin Duote Factory in Wenjiang District, Chengdu. Li Zhenhua, Member of the Leading Party Members Group of the Wenjiang District Government and Director of the Administrative Committee of Wenjiang High-tech Zone; Zhang Li, Member of the Party Working Committee of Wenjiang High-tech Zone and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee; Zhang Suya, Director and Executive Vice President of Biokin Pharmaceutical; Zhuo Shi, Vice President of Biokin Pharmaceutical and General Manager of Duote Biotech; Wan Weili, Vice President of Biokin Pharmaceutical and General Manager of the China R&D Center; along with other distinguished guests and company Executives, delivered remarks and cut the ribbon at the commercial launch ceremony.

Yizekang ® Completes Its First Global Batch Shipment

On June 17, 2026, Yizekang ® was approved for marketing by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for late-line treatment of recurrent /metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma. This not only marks the official entry of cancer therapy into a new era of bispecific ADCs, but also enables Chinese patients to become among the first beneficiaries of Yizekang ® worldwide.
