October 23, 2025 – The Department of Economy and Information Technology of Sichuan Province officially released the list of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) recognized as "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" (SRDI) for the year 2025, as well as those that passed the reassessment. Chengdu Baili Duote Biotechnology Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the designation and was included in the 2025 list of Sichuan Province's SRDI SMEs. The designation is valid until October 31, 2028.

The SRDI recognition process was strictly conducted in accordance with the standards outlined in the "Sichuan Province High-Quality SME Gradient Cultivation Management Implementation Plan" (Chuan Jingxin Qiye Han [2022] No. 728). The selection involved a rigorous multi-stage procedure including voluntary application by enterprises, recommendations from cities (prefectures), expert evaluation, on-site spot checks, solicitation of opinions from relevant departments, and public announcement. This process aims to select and cultivate a group of SMEs with strong technical capabilities, high product quality, and leading market shares within specific niche sectors.
